AquaPerfect (“the App”, “we”, “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information when you use it. We are committed to transparency and to complying with Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines.

No tracking • No analytics • No ads

Information We Collect

No Personal Data Collection: The App does not collect, track, or store personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, advertising identifiers, or location.
Photos and Videos You Select: We do not collect your photos or videos. Media you select for processing remains on your device unless you explicitly choose to export or share it.

How Your Data Is Used

When you initiate processing, the App processes the selected photo or video directly on your device.
The App does not upload your media to our servers or to any third-party service.
The processed result stays on your device unless you choose to export or share it.

No profiles, tracking, or analytics: We do not use submitted media for any other purpose, we do not create user profiles, and we do not use any analytics or advertising frameworks.

Data Storage & Retention

On-Device Only: Your photos and videos remain on your device.
No Server Retention: We do not receive, transmit, or store your media on backend systems.

Third-Party Services

AquaPerfect does not use Google Gemini or any third-party AI service to process your photos or videos.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your Choices

Photo Control: You control which photos and videos are selected for on-device processing.
Because media is processed locally, your data does not leave your device during normal App use.

Security

Media processing occurs locally on your device. No photo or video transmission to our servers or third-party AI providers is required for core App functionality.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be indicated by updating the “Effective Date” above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
